Potato 4 boiled and mashedEggs 3
Bread crumbs
Green chillies 8-10
Green coriander ½ bunch
Mint leaves the hand full
Spring onion 1 small (optional)
Lemon 1 large
Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Boil potatoes peel and mash set a side.
Chop coriander, mint and green chillies and add in potatoes.
Add salt, garam masala and lemon juice and mix well with hands.
Make smooth patties and coat into whisk eggs.
Roll into bread crumbs and shallow fry in warm oil.
